Job Purpose :
- Actively participate in the deployment and optimisation of the Drylock SAP S/4 Hana template & best practices in cooperation with business process owners and key users
- Provide second line support in the area of Procurement, to the key users across the different countries.
- Translate the business requirements and process changes into user-friendly and intuitive SAP functionalities using the latest SAP technologies and functionalities on S/4 Hana, Fiori & Analysis for Office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Explore, Realize, Deploy & Support the template, country specific set up and functionalities in line with the business and operational priorities
- Assist and provide guidance on the data migration from the different legacy systems in line with the SAP & reporting data model
- Safeguard consistency of the SAP data model and integrated processes an open mind for improvements at all times
- Configuration of new or improved setups in the MM module
- Write technical, functional and end-user documentation including the updates on SAP Enable Now, BPMN on Solution Manager, Test Manager,…
- Provide key user training using a train the trainer concept
- On-site assistance for the SAP key users during roll outs or introduction of new functionalities.
Qualifications :
- Master or Bachelor degree or equal through experience
- Minimum 3 years of SAP (S/4 Hana) expertise MM, preferably in an international production environment
- Team player with strong communication skills and can-do attitude
- Ability to build trustful and strong relationship with the business stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
- Very good affection towards logistic, warehousing or procurement business processes
- Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active result driven attitude
